We started as a small interior design firm in downtown Michigan, aiming to help home buyers make do with the new space that they had acquired. It soon became obvious that it would make sense to help our clients see beyond the walls and floor plans and be there with them from the get-go. Currently, we offer house realtor, interior design, and architecture services in order to help our customers find their forever homes as seamlessly and painlessly as possible.

Aziz Jabarkhail

Founder / CEO
Chief Executive Officer

Aziz Jabarkhail is the CEO of the Unity  Relief Organization (UR), where he leads the organization’s strategic vision, program development, and advocacy and Relief efforts. He studied political science at the University of Washington (UW), he brings a strong foundation in global governance, international relations, and policy analysis to his leadership role.

Mr. Jabarkhail has worked with several organizations, contributing his expertise in research, strategic communication, and community-driven initiatives. His experience reflects a deep commitment to humanitarian service, equitable development, and empowering vulnerable communities.

Tariq Karimi

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Tariq Karimi serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Unity Relief Organization (UR), where he oversees daily operations, program coordination, and the implementation of organizational initiatives. With a background in Computer Science, Mr. Karimi brings strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to UR’s leadership team.

He has worked with nonprofit org supporting humanitarian relief, community development, and assistance for vulnerable populations. His experience in both technology and humanitarian service enables him to streamline operations, enhance program efficiency, and strengthen UR’s impact on the communities it serves.

Ajmal Lewaal

Chief Financial Officer

Ajmal Lewaal serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Unity Relief Organization (UR). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and brings extensive experience from his work across multiple financial institutions and banking sectors.

With a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and organizational planning, he plays a key role in strengthening UR’s financial systems and ensuring responsible stewardship of resources.

His experience in both financial management and humanitarian service encourage GARO's operations, enhance program efficiency and strengthen organization's impact in the community.
